About the Role

AnSer is growing its AI Development Team and is hiring an AI Development Intern to support real AI, automation, and call center technology projects.

This is not a traditional programming role. It is a technical internship for someone who is interested in AI, scripting, APIs, workflow automation, data handling, and operational problem solving.

The intern will work alongside our AI team and internal developers to support tools that help modernize how our call center builds scripts, manages automations, reviews call quality, and improves internal workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support AI and automation projects used in a production call center environment
  • Assist with script logic, mapping, exports, and workflow documentation
  • Help organize internal scripts and tools in GitHub
  • Work with structured data, APIs, and basic scripting tasks
  • Help test and validate tools before they are used in production
  • Support documentation for technical and non technical teams
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, developers, and operations staff

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is curious, reliable, detail oriented, and willing to learn.

A strong candidate may have:

  • Interest in AI, software, automation, and data
  • Basic familiarity with Python, JavaScript, APIs, and GitHub
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow technical instructions carefully
  • Comfort asking questions and learning from feedback
  • Good communication skills
  • Interest in building practical tools that support real business operations
