Handle inbound calls for many industries, such as medical offices, service companies, property management offices, law offices, and many more.
Compensation

Location
In office for all 20 locations. Located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, Ohio, Oregon, and Iowa.
Schedule
Full-Time: 32+ hours per week and weekend work is required 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts are available
Days worked each week may vary, and typically every other weekend. For example, On a two-week rotating basis, you would work Monday through Friday in Week 1, and in Week 2, you would work on the weekend with two days off during the week.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, basic computer & Internet skills, type at least 35 words per minute, have excellent spelling and grammar skills, have a pleasant and professional telephone voice, and have a positive attitude and desire to learn.
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Desired
