Anser Services utilizes state-of-the-art computer relationship management systems from Amtelco to provide our customers with the best call answer services available and we employ a fulltime information services staff to administer our networks and databases. Anser Services, originally Tel-Sec was founded in 1949 and has been under current ownership and management of Allan Fromm since 1972.
Anser Services, a leader among USA call centers is proud to service customers nationwide with nine offices in four states. We are dedicated to being much more than “just an answering service.” It is our intention to be a true “off premise” receptionist for each of our customers. This requires a gracious and dedicated staff that is well trained on the needs of our customers.
Anser Services also has a number of sister offices. In 2001, Allan purchased Answer Plus which has five offices in Iowa. Area Telephone Secretaries, located in Janesville, became a sister company when it was purchased in 2004. Our most recent purchase was in 2009 when we bought Western Kentucky Answering Svc located in Hopkinsville, KY.
