We have partnered with a Swedish software company to develop our own unique statistical software called XLScheduler to project the number of operators necessary to attain our required performance level. The software enables us to efficiently schedule sufficient staff to meet this goal. We also employ state-of-the-art statistical techniques to predict and schedule an adequate number of operators to meet our performance goals. This is the first scheduling software created for the boutique call center business. Fromm and his Swedish partner have sold the product to a number of call centers throughout the US, Canada and Europe.
