
As an add-on service we can record and log all of your incoming calls, and archived the recordings. Customers who subscribe to our Logger service have access to our extranet, so you can view our reports online 24/7 and listen to recorded calls on your schedule.
You may choose to listen to archived calls or monitor real-time calls. The detailed daily logs for individual calls include:
- Performance metrics
- Call beginning and ending times
- Time elapsed before a call is answered
- Number of rings
- Duration of call
- Phone numbers
- Operator name
- Order amount
Periodic reports are also generated to summarize and average the data. These parameters include:
- Number of unique originating phone numbers
- Number of simultaneous calls
- Number of abandoned calls
- Average time to answer
- Average duration
- Percentages of calls that met standards for duration and sales results
