Amtelco's Intelligent Series software provides a guidance system for operators – saving time and improving accuracy. This is due to the user friendly screens with text and drop down boxes, and automatic formatting of information such as dates and telephone numbers. All information in a message, order, inquiry, etc. is stored in separate fields, greatly enhancing reporting capabilities and allowing Internet access to most data via a secure site. The software features tight integration with Microsoft’s SQL software which also enables us to upgrade with minimal disruption to our clients and staff.
