At the recent annual ATSI Convention in Vancouver, BC, Anser Services was awarded the coveted ATSI Award of Excellence for the third consecutive year. ATSI is the teleservice industry's major trade association. The Award of Excellence requires a level of service that considers the caller first in every aspect of the call and makes a caller believe they are the most important person (or their problem is the most important consideration) to our staff.
