Our training program extends far beyond learning canned scripts. An-ser establishes a team and project manager who is dedicated to your project. Our staff is trained to answer detailed questions about your products, services, and company history.
Prior to ever interacting with the public on behalf of your company, each An-ser customer service representative will:
- Receive an average of 30 hours of training specific to your project.
- Perform between 10-50 practice calls for your project.
- Trained to honor the confidentiality of your company and your customers.
- Trained to take advantage of every customer service and sales opportunity when interacting with your customers and prospects.
- An-ser CSRs also participate in cooperative training with your staff and your trainers to insure a smooth transition from your team to ours.
