Allan Fromm - President

Allan Fromm is President of An-Ser Services, Inc. and has managed the business since 1972. He developed the first affordable operator-scheduling program for smaller call centers based on the ErlangC formulas. He also serves as a director and Past President of NAEO, an organization representing the 500 owners of Amtelco telecommunications systems. (NAEO) He has served three terms on the Board of Directors of Associated Telemessaging Services International (ATSI), and has written a number of articles for their industry publications.
