An-Ser Services, Inc. traces its origins to Tel/Sec, founded in Appleton, Wisconsin in 1949, and to Madison Medical Bureau, now called The An-ser, founded in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1950. Over the years, we have been a leader in the telephone answering service industry as well as radio paging services. We created the first wide-area paging system in Wisconsin and then sold it to Ameritech in 1989. We now provide an assortment of operator services, including taking orders and providing a variety of customer services.
